Athena suffered a huge loss on AEW Dynamite. She has now sent a bold message on social media.

The Fallen Goddess has been on a dominant run in Ring of Honor over the past few years. She has reigned as the ROH Women's World Champion for over 1000 days now. Despite her dominance as a singles star, the Fallen Goddess decided to form a team with Mercedes Mone and compete in the Women's Tag Team Title tournament. While they were the favorites to win, the two former WWE stars crashed out of the tournament in the quarter-final after losing to Harley Camercon and Willow Nightingale.

Following this heartbreaking loss on AEW Dynamite, the Fallen Goddess took to social media to send a bold message.

"I am YOUR FOREVER CHAMPION I am FOREVER STRONGER THAN YOUR FAVORITE I am THE FALLEN GODDESS I. WILL. NOT. BE. STOPPED! @AEW @AEWonTV #ForeverROHChamp #FallenGoddess #MinionOverlord #AmericanJoshi #TheInspiration #WatchROH #AthenaEliteWrestling"

Athena will defend her title against Harley Cameron

During their tag team match on Dynamite, Harley Cameron pinned the Fallen Goddess to secure the win for her team. By doing so, she put herself in line to earn a title shot against the Fallen Goddess. Tony Khan has just made the match official. The former WWE star will defend the ROH Women's World Championship against Harley Cameron in two weeks.

"Thursday 11/20 ROH TV 7/6c, #HonorClub ROH Women's World Title @AthenaPalmer_FG vs @HarleyCameron_ After Harley's shocking pin of Athena in the AEW Women's Tag Title Tournament, they'll fight for the World Title in 2-weeks on ROH TV! Winner defends at #ROHFinalBattle, 12/5!" read the announcement.

This news didn't please the champion, who took to social media to respond to the announcement. Her response says it all:

"WHAT THE F*CK!?!" she responded.

It remains to be seen if the Harley Cameron will be able to do the impossible and finally dethrone Fallen Goddess for the ROH Women's World Championship.
