A pair of Buffalo Bills players have been hit with fines that total over $28,000.
According to Aaron Wilson of Click2Houston.com, Bills edge rusher Joey Bosa was fined $17,389 for an illegal hit (contact to the knee area or below) on Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield in Week 11.
The hit occurred in the fourth quarter of the contest. Bosa was flagged for roughing the passer after the play, so it's a double whammy.
In addition to that, running back Ty Johnson was fined $10,777 for unsportsmanlike conduct after his double-pump touchdown celebration in the same game following a 52-yard scoring reception in the second quarter, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
For the record, that's $5,388.50 per pump.
Johnson is just the latest NFL running back to get fined for that celebration, as Carolina Panthers running back Rico Dowdle was docked $14,491.
