The Usos' legendary WWE rival breaks silence after record-setting RAW win

The final episode of WWE RAW of 2025 ended with a bang as The Usos have yet again proved why they are pound-for-pound one of the best tag teams of all time. They have become nine-time Tag Team Champions after defeating AJ Styles and Dragon Lee for the World Tag Team Title.

The bout came to an end after The Usos connected their signature move, 1D, on Dragon Lee after taking out The Phenomenal One with a double superkick while he was attempting his Styles Clash from the ropes.

Following The Usos' massive title victory, their legendary rival, The New Day's member and former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston, broke his silence on Jey and Jimmy Uso winning tag team gold, kicking off yet another dominating championship reign. While Kingston didn't mention Jey or Jimmy directly, he dropped his shocked reaction. He took to his official X (fka Twitter) account to express his reaction.

The Usos could cross paths with legendary WWE tag team

Jey and Jimmy Uso are expected to hold the World Tag Team Championship for a long time heading into the new year, and the Stamford-based promotion will soon kick off the Road to WrestleMania 42.

The New Day and The Usos could soon cross paths as both teams are on Monday Night RAW with the title on the line. The arch-rivals could once again make the red brand's tag division thrilling by delivering iconic back-and-forth affairs in 2026, given they are known for their five-star classic tag team contests.

That said, it will be interesting to see what plans Triple H and his WWE creative team have in store for the newly crowned World Tag Team Champions as the company heads into the new year.
