BTS member V, Kim Taehyung, is turning 30 on December 30, 2025. In Singapore, a Compose Coffee café at PLQ Mall hosted themed birthday events that included free giveaways and standees. Fans in the Philippines organized offline events featuring interactive games and strawberry cakes.

BTS' Taehyung reacts to birthday bus projects while he ranks high on TC Candler and Forbes Korea lists

On December 27, 2025, Taehyung appeared on Weverse Live and talked about an unexpected moment that caught him by surprise earlier that day related to his birthday celebrations. He revealed that while on his way to the HYBE building, he came across multiple buses carrying birthday advertisements dedicated to him.

The sight reportedly caught the idol off guard, as he apparently had not anticipated such large-scale projects. Taehyung shared that seeing the decorated buses outside the building left him both surprised and amused.

"I went to work today and in front of the building, I saw the birthday bus. I watched the birthday bus, and I was like, what? there's something like that too?" The singer said.

Just days before his birthday, Taehyung received major recognition on two global and domestic platforms. On December 29, 2025 local time, TC Candler unveiled its annual The 100 Most Handsome Faces of 2025 list, where BTS member secured the seventh position.
