Omos shares new WWE role; offers services to the roster

Omos recently revealed a new WWE role amid his hiatus from the company. The veteran won the Copa Bardahl Battle Royal at AAA TripleMania XXXIII in August.

In an interview with TMZ Sports, the former champion shared that he now has what he calls the "Omos Protection Agency" and offered to help Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins against The Vision. He also stated that his services are available to anyone on the WWE roster who is in need of protection.

“I have what I call the OPA – the Omos Protection Agency, and my services are available to everybody, not just Becky Lynch, but if she needs my services, like I said, just hit up my line and I’ll be there fair and square. We talk business, and I’ll handle the work for you. Simple and clean," he said. [H/T: WrestlePurists]

Seth Rollins used to be the leader of The Vision faction but was betrayed by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed earlier this month. The betrayal was reportedly a creative pivot by the company after Rollins suffered an injury at Crown Jewel 2025.

Vince Russo claims it is too late for Omos in WWE

Wrestling icon Vince Russo recently suggested that it was too late for Omos to find success in WWE.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws show, Russo claimed it was too late for The Nigerian Giant to be taken seriously. He noted that the company has brought him back too many times, and it would be difficult for fans to get invested in the character again.

"It's too late. They've brought him in and out too many times. He's got too much stank on him. It's too late, and I don't say that often, bro, because I always say you can save somebody. I always say that, but I think he's been in and out way too many times where now I think it would be very, very hard for anybody to take him seriously," he said.

Only time will tell what the future holds for the popular star and if he will return to WWE television anytime soon.
