Shane Bieber put the brakes on Los Angeles Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani's offensive prowess while outdueling him on the mound as the Toronto Blue Jays wrapped up a 6-2 win on Tuesday in Game 4 of the World Series.

Shohei Ohtani entered Tuesday's game after reaching base nine times in Game 3 of the World Series on Monday. In the marathon game that lasted 18 innings, the Japanese superstar went 4-for-4 in his first four at-bats. He was then intentionally walked four consecutive times, and walked at the box in the 17th inning.

Ohtani was walked by Bieber in the first inning on Tuesday as well. A single in the top of the eighth inning in Game 2 meant a record 11 consecutive times on base for the slugger. But his streak was broken with a strikeout in the bottom of the third inning. The Dodgers superstar was leading off and swung on a 2-2 changeup.

Shane Bieber satisfied as World Series is guaranteed to head back to Toronto

Blue Jays' Rogers Centre held a watch party that had 30,000 fans eagerly waiting to see their team level the tie. They will have a chance to watch their team in action yet again as Game 6 is guaranteed to be played in Toronto.
