Jennifer Lopez loves a grand entrance.
And the A-list star's arrival to the Ring Them Bells benefit concert Monday, May 19 in NYC was as spectacular as always, as A-Rod's ex-fiancée stunned in a romantic pink gown with dramatic feathered top. But the plunging front required her to be braless — and photos obtained by the Daily Mail and published Tuesday, May 20 showed what they have called out as a wardrobe malfunction.
“Unfortunately, braless J. Lo ended up revealing a bit too much as her dress pulled to the side as she walked, resulting in a nip slip,” reported the outlet, which tastefully blurred out part of the image.
But ever the professional, the “Jenny from the Block” icon, 55, sailed right down the red carpet. “She didn’t let the mishap get her down as she continued to confidently strut into the performance,” wrote the newspaper.
Onlooker social media posts showed JLo pull her gown down in the front without revealing too much.
The singer-songwriter was about to change outfits anyway — from her beautiful arrival gown to a skin-tight white dress she chose to perform in. The sultry, form-fitting number featured a long train and high neck, plus slit that created an architectural element over one hip.
Her hair was kept up, but some front bangs that lined her face during her arrival had been slicked back for her performance look.
The concert — hosted by actor Alan Cumming — was at the famous Stephen Sondheim Theatre on Broadway and celebrated songwriter John Kander’s 98th birthday.
