Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend will visit the iconic Madison Square Garden one last time on August 30.
The Who, formed in the early 1960s, visited MSG many times. They started with a four-date tour in 1974. In 1979, the group took on MSG following the death of drummer Keith Moon. They didn't return until 1996 and would continue to make appearances in the 2000s.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers are known for songs like "Baba O'Riley," "I Can See for Miles," "Love, Reign o'er Me," "My Generation," and "Who Are You." Several songs have been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Regarding this tour, Townshend told The London Standard they may take a more grounded approach compared to the pomp and circumstance that has surrounded recent tours.
"The last big tours that we've done have been with a full orchestra, which was glorious, but we're now eager to make a noise and make a mess and make mistakes," Townshend said.

The Who 2025 'The Song Is Over' Tour schedule
The Who will tour for the final time in North America from August to the end of September.
The first leg of the tour starts in Florida, with stops also in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York.
Following a run in Canada, The Who will head to California. The end of the tour will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
