WWE Star Upset Backstage Despite Winning Championship

A popular WWE Superstar was upset and angry in a backstage promo despite becoming a double champion on a recent show. The name in question is current NXT star Ethan Page.

At AAA Alianzas on November 2, 2025, Ethan Page teamed up with Chelsea Green to lock horns with Mr. Iguana and La Hiedra for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship. All of the stars involved in the bout put on an incredible display of action inside the ring, but the contest ultimately ended in Page and Green's favor. Ethan has now become a double champion as he currently holds the NXT North American Championship as well.

Following this massive win, WWE's official X/Twitter handle posted a video of Ethan Page and Chelsea Green's backstage promo. In the clip, Page was upset and called out AAA for not bringing his NXT North American Championship inside the ring for him to celebrate after he and Green became the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions.

'All Ego' also claimed that The Hot Mess would become a double champion too this Friday when she'll dethrone Giulia as the Women's United States Champion.

"You know, there should be a cause for celebration. But the fact of the matter is that AAA just spit in two of the greatest Canadians' face. Where was my North American Championship in the ring to celebrate after we just became the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions? Making me the double champion. [Chelsea Green tells Page to talk about her.] Oh no, you're about to become double champion too this Friday when you become the [Women's] United States Champion and beat Giulia," Ethan Page said.

Page then asked Chelsea Green for her thoughts after winning the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship. The Hot Mess replied that they achieved what they had been saying before the match.

"You have any thoughts on becoming the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champs, Chels?" Page asked. "Numero Uno. Like we said. Adios!" Chelsea Green replied.

After winning the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship alongside Ethan Page, WWE star Chelsea Green took to X/Twitter to send a two-word message. She seemingly gave herself a new name.

"Chelsea Verde ♥️"

It remains to be seen what the Triple H-led creative team has planned for Chelsea Green's WWE future.
