Andrew Tate has become the "new CEO" of Misfits Boxing, and Olajide "JJ," popularly known as "KSI," has called the situation the "dumbest thing he has ever seen in his life." On October 30, 2025, Misfits Boxing's official X account announced that Andrew Tate, the organization's "new CEO," would face Chase DeMoor in Dubai on December 20, 2025, for the title of Misfits Heavyweight Champion.

Mams Taylor issued a statement in a video posted on the Elon Musk-owned social media platform, saying:

"I had a board meeting earlier this morning, and KSI, you are no longer the CEO of Misfits Boxing. You have been relinquished of your duties as CEO. We need a new CEO. A CEO who's going to dedicate their life to this brand. A CEO who's going to fight for this brand, in the ring, out of the ring. And that CEO is here. Please welcome our new CEO (The video shows Andrew Tate smoking a cigar in Dubai)."

KSI responded to being "relinquished" as Misfits Boxing CEO via an X post, wondering "what the actual f**k was going on":

"This year people are trying to test me fr. WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K IS GOING ON? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Let’s make ANDREW TATE THE CEO OF MISFITS?!? Andrew Tate has addressed the community as the "new CEO" of Misfits Boxing in the X post mentioned above. The "Top G" claimed that replacing KSI was not a "hostile takeover" but rather a "certainly planned" action.

He added:

"Say hello to your new CEO. I wouldn't say it was a hostile takeover, but it was certainly planned, and Mams and I are going to be working together to finally put Misfits where it belongs on the world stage. The largest disruptive force in sports entertainment history. So, considering that, somebody who failed at their obligations to make this organization as big as it should've been has been ousted, and I'm going to be the new CEO. I guess it's my job to make the most entertaining fights."
