Kailyn Lowry showed off her dramatic weight loss nine months after a painful tummy tuck.
The “Teen Mom 2” alum took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a carousel of selfies, where she wore nothing but lingerie and workout sets.
In one photo, Lowry wore a lace corset crop top and black leggings, while in another, she showed off her Skims scoop bralette and panty set.
Lowry also rocked a nude Skims plunge bra with gray sweatpants and several black yoga sets.
“my favorite support systems 🩷,” she captioned the post.
After posting the risqué outfits, several fans took to Lowry’s comments section to praise her with one fan gushing over how “great” she looked.
“I know others will say SURGERY but regardless you look good. Great weight for you,” the supporter added.

Page Six has reached out to Lowry for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
In January, the 33-year-old revealed she had gotten a tummy tuck weeks after undergoing breast reduction surgery.
“We’re five days post-op,” she shared in a Feb. 1 TikTok video. “I’m trying to taper down on pain meds. Don’t want to get addicted.”
The mom of seven then said she was “severely uncomfortable” and that her close friend was on hand to “help [her] take a shower.”
Weeks before her tummy tuck, Lowry broke down in tears over her body dysmorphia.
“This is the first time I’m doing my makeup since I had [breast reduction] surgery and I’m finally able to shower without help. I’m able to walk around without help,” the “Pride Over Pity” author said in January.
“I had a very, very emotional morning, mainly just when I was taking a shower. I pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny,” she added.
The former MTV star said she believes undergoing plastic surgery to “be skinny is [a] mental illness,” even though a “little nip and tuck in terms of a nose job or a boob job is OK.”
“And I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it,” she clarified.
In addition to a tummy tuck, Lowry has had several other procedures, including a Brazilian butt lift.
The podcast host has welcomed seven children — Isaac, 15, Lincoln, 11, Lux, 8, Creed, 5, Rio, 2, and fraternal twins Verse and Valley, 2 — with four different men.
