Which upgrades are worth getting in GTA Online mansion

GTA Online mansions were recently released with A Safehouse in the Hills DLC. These are luxurious residential properties that can be purchased either in Tongva Hills, Richman, or Vinewood areas. As usual, the purchasing screen of mansions will allow you to purchase various upgrades as well.

While some of them can be quite useful, others are not worth splurging on. Here are three of the best GTA Online mansion upgrades worth purchasing.

Security

Arguably, the best upgrade to get in a mansion is the added security. It will cost you a whopping $1,750,000, but if you have various other businesses, it will be the best upgrade for you. This is because the mansion security greatly reduces the chance of your other businesses being raided by police or rivals.

Furthermore, if you already have security in other businesses, the extra mansion security will entirely eliminate the risk of raids. This is a massive plus point for this upgrade in mansions.

A personal Armory can also be added in GTA Online mansions. Here, you can upgrade your weapons to Mk 2 status, get ammo, armor, and other combat gear. It is a great addition to your lavish residence since you will not be required to go to the Agency or bunker in order to work on your weapons.

To add an armory, however, you need to own the Agency, and it will cost you an extra $720,000.

Podium is also a great addition to GTA Online mansions. It allows you to place one personal vehicle inside the mansion's trophy room. Though this upgrade does not have any meaningful use in the game, it is a brand-new residential feature that is worth checking out at least once.

You can place your old cars, which you used the most back when you started playing the game, or place your most used vehicle in it. The podium can cost you $650,000.
