Todd and Julie Chrisley’s 34-year-old son, Kyle Chrisley, allegedly got violent with cops and threatened to kill them during his arrest in Tennessee on Saturday night.
Police were called after his wife reported that he was making suicidal and homicidal threats, according to the affidavit obtained by TMZ.
According to police, Kyle refused to answer their commands and punched three different officers in the face.
Cops also said that Kyle told the officers he “would kill all of them,” according to the report.
Police stated in the affidavit that Kyle admitted to drinking approximately 64 ounces of beer while at dinner with his wife, and that he appeared to be under the influence.
He was arrested and charged with three counts of assault on a law officer, domestic violence, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest, according to court records.
Additionally, he was hit with three additional charges for allegedly retaliating for past actions.
Page Six reached out to reps for Todd and the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office upon his arrest but did not immediately hear back.
Kyle has been arrested multiple times over the years.

In March 2023, he was detained for aggravated assault after allegedly waving a “fixed blade” during an altercation with his boss.
His wife, Ashleigh Chrisley, denied the allegations during an exclusive interview with Page Six.
“Kyle has a knife that he carries for work, but he did not pull it out or brandish it, nor did he use it on the person,” she told us, alleging that the fight was initially “a verbal disagreement.”
“The other guy pushed him, turning things physical,” she alleged. “Kyle has PTSD, so it was more self-defense on Kyle’s side.”
In May 2019, he was arrested for drug possession in Oklahoma.
At the time, he also had a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly making death threats to his former partner earlier that year. However, the charges against him were later dropped because his ex wasn’t cooperating with the investigation.
Kyle has had a tumultuous relationship for years with his famous parents.
They legally adopted his daughter Chloe, 13, in 2016 after Kyle’s struggles with substance abuse.
During an episode of “The Chrisleys: Back to Reality” that aired in September, Todd said Kyle visited him in prison while the reality star was serving time for fraud and attempted to reconcile.
“He apologized for his involvement [and] for the things he had done,” Todd said. “And he said, ‘If I could take them back I would but I can’t and I’m asking can we just pick up from here and move forward.’”
However, Todd said that at the time that “wasn’t possible.”
