The defending champions take the court to begin the new college basketball season on Monday night, with No. 3 Florida taking on No. 13 Arizona in the Hall of Fame Series.
Todd Golden's Gators will look different from the 36-win outfit that romped through March, having lost their top-three scorers to the NBA. Forward Alex Condon, a third-team All-SEC member last season, is Florida's top returning player.
The backcourt is entirely new, but it has the potential to be potent. Arkansas transfer Boogie Fland and Princeton transfer Xaivian Lee were two of the top players available in the transfer portal, and the Gators lured both in.
