The former NFL star posed with his daughters in matching outfits. Aikman penned a sweet caption expressing gratitude for the 2025 season. He also reflected his excitement for the new year.

Troy Aikman wore a white shirt and paired it with matching pants, while both his daughters looked elegant in matching white dresses. Aikman shares a strong bond with his daughters.
In August 2025, his daughter Jordan turned 24, and on the special day, he shared an emotional message for her on his Instagram account.

You’ve done it all with independence, courage, and strength. You’re smart and beautiful, but it’s your kind and caring heart that inspires and uplifts everyone who knows you. Troy Aikman surprised fans with his workout session as he sared an Instagram video of himself doing exercises in an all-black gym outfit. He shared it with a hilarious caption.
"Saw this core exercise and had to give it a try. Just in case any other teams are looking for a retired QB," Aikman wrote.While Troy Aikman is enjoying his retirement, there have been rumors circulating that he would join the Miami Dolphins to help them in the search for their general manager. The NFL team parted ways with Chris Grier at Halloween, and then Champ Kelly joined as the interim general manager.
As the team is looking forward to the new GM, multiple reports suggested that Aikman will serve as a consultant in the process. However, that doesn’t affect his role as an analyst at Monday Night Football, as reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
