A still from the series (Image via Paramount+/YouTube)Tilted Leverage, the Shaw brothers close the case on the Process in Tracker season 3 episode 2. They find the two men running the Process from a bunker in an abandoned land. It turns out that the Process was once an experiment started by a now-retired college professor in her class on leverage and obedience.
However, after some of her grad students got a little too into the experiment and started becoming aggressive to the point that one of the subjects got seriously hurt, she shut it down. Three of the grad students opposed her decision, and two of those three are the men who continued the Process in real life.
Once the case is closed, working with his brother gives Russell the idea to use his skills for good. He's thinking of doing what Colter is doing, which is helping people.
