Tony Khan and a few wrestlers founded AEW in 2019. The Jacksonville-based company has been thriving, and 2025 was one of its best years. They are WWE's biggest competitor, and they have arguably been better than the rival promotion lately.

All Elite Wrestling's roster consists of several talented names. Many of them are homegrown stars and have bright futures. One such name is the former AEW TNT Champion, Darby Allin.

The Daredevil has the potential to be a future world champion. However, Tony Khan must protect him from himself.

Darby Allin's risk-taking abilities could shorten his career

Longtime fans of All Elite Wrestling are aware of Darby Allin's tolerance for pain. The 32-year-old regularly takes hard bumps and is often seen in shocking spots in his matches. He is truly one of a kind, and Tony Khan is undoubtedly blessed to have him in his company.

The Invisible Man is ultimately human and not immune to getting hurt. He recently suffered an injury and was forced to pull out of the Continental Classic. This was a huge setback for him because many were under the impression that he was going to win the tournament and become the next AEW Continental Champion.

Although Allin is now cleared to wrestle, he is still seen in dangerous situations. His career could seriously end prematurely if this continues.

Tony Khan must be more careful with Allin

Darby Allin made his return on this week's episode of Dyanamite. Interesting, he was yet again seen in a crazy spot. Gabe Kidd threw him down the stairs, and the landing was ugly. This sequence felt unnecessary, especially since the Daredevil had just returned from injury.

Tony Khan must stop Allin from putting himself in such risky positions. He is one of the most important names in the company, and he needs to be protected. The former TNT Champion is in his 30s, and the risk of injury rises with age. If Allin does not change now, he might lose his career soon. Hopefully, he will star injury free in 2026.

Tony Khan reveals that doctors felt that Darby Allin shouldn't continue in the Continental Classic

In a recent interview with TV Insider, Tony Khan said that even though Allin didn't want to be taken out of the Continental Classic tournament, doctors were strictly against it.

"He didn’t want to be taken out. The doctors felt that he shouldn’t continue. It was certainly from an accumulation of injuries from all the crazy things he has done in the ring and outside the ring, ringside area and backstage and all the crazy fights we’ve seen Darby in. They take its toll,” said Khan.

Only time will tell what the future holds for Allin in AEW. He will hopefully hold singles gold next year.
