How to reach Lahai-Roi in Wuthering Waves?

Lahai-Roi in Wuthering Waves is the new region added with the 3.0 update for the game. The new patch finally added the third major area expansion to the game, adding a few key areas of the nation of Lahai-Roi. This includes the Startorch Academy, the research academy teased way back in the Wuthering Waves 2.8 update

This article will cover how you can get to Lahai-Roi in Wuthering Waves.

How to unlock Lahai-Roi in Wuthering Waves

To unlock Lahai-Roi in Wuthering Waves, you will have to complete the Main Quest Chapter III Prologue: When the Unknown Thrums. Go to your quest menu and track the mission from there. You will be asked to go to the Black Shores archipelago.

Once you reach there, the Shorekeeper will contact you and ask you to go to Honami City. Travel to the Chronorift Metropolis, and you will find her inside the Sasshou Cafe. Speak with the Shorekeeper and prepare yourself for the journey; Chisa will join you. From here, you will be escorted to the rift that was opened in the Honami Crossing during version 2.8's main story quest.

A short cutscene will play, and you will find yourself in Lahai-Roi. The first character you will meet is a blonde-haired girl, who, as you can guess, is none other than Lynae in Wuthering Waves. From here, you will be tasked with escaping the Void Worm.

The sequence is quite easy, as you will need to move Lynae's expedition bike left and right to avoid incoming attacks from the worm, and then perform a few quick time events or QTEs. Once you escape, another small cutscene will play, and you will arrive at the Resonance Nexus in Startorch Academy.

Once Lynae leaves, go and interact with the Resonance Nexus. Now you can freely explore the lands of Lahai-Roi in Wuthering Waves. This will also conclude the prologue chapter and start the first main story chapter of the new region. Make sure to continue the quest till you receive the Expedition Bike, which will make your exploration even easier.
