You'll need to revisit the Perita Rebellion game mode in Warframe a lot for various reasons. Not only is it the exclusive source of all sorts of Tektolyst Mods and Arcanes, doing the bosses here is also the only way to eventually unlock Tauron Strike passives universally. Naturally, having so many inevitable farms in one place, you'll most likely end up grinding this 12-minute war for hours and hours.
So whether you do it in a squad or solo, here are some of the best Warframes for the Perita Rebellion grind.
5 Warframes you should use for the Perita Rebellion game mode
The only method of juicing this game mode is that you'll need to execute as many Orders in 12 minutes before the boss showdown. This is because the amount of boss tokens (Lyroic Bridge, Ren Hypercore, Ascaris Prime) scales with however many Orders you do in a single run, and there's even rotation rewards in Perita Rebellion you get for each Order.
Volt
The most obvious way to speed up your farm (Image via Digital Extremes)For the min-maxer Tenno, Volt is probably the most obvious choice of Warframe for Perita Rebelllion. Your Shield is a big help against the two bosses other than Hunhullus (where you'll need to keep kiting its AoE bombardment), and Speed is a premium in a game mode that has as much backtracking as this.
Plus, you can stack two damage buffs with Shock Trooper and a Helminth boost (Nourish and Roar being the best ones).
By the same logic, Gauss also does quite well. From my experience with trying both, Volt is the much slicker option to just brute-force 11+ Orders solo consistently, while Gauss offers much more survivability, but will often get stuck around the jagged corners and crevices of the tileset. Thermal Sunder, while nice, isn't that useful here because you don't need to kill all the Anarchs on screen to progress).
Titania
Burston-bee takes flight (Image via Digital Extremes)With its dark tunnels and ragged uneven terrain, flight becomes the easy-mode of traversal in Perita. Naturally, Titania is one of the best options for these runbacks, and it also helps that she is an all-rounder Warframe in general.
Titania is also particularly good against Hunhullus, but your Dex Pixia build needs to be very min-maxed if you want to get done with the bossing phase fast (throw in a primer Dewata for SP mode).
Protea
Protea, of course, works for everything (Image via Digital Extremes)If you want to do a bit of everything in a squad (or even solo), Protea unsurprisingly remains a strong do-it-all Warframe in Perita.
Your Shield Grenades can take care of any survivability issues, your artillery can do some good damage, and Dispensary helps more than in regular missions, because it can be hard to get the Energy ball rolling in Perita. Only, make sure to still have a good bossing weapon if you're solo, because the artilleries can struggle against the bosses in my experience.
Sevagoth
Pick Zenurik for the scaling Strength, and see the Primes melt (Image via Digtial Extremes)Sevagoth is a wildcard option for specifically the Prime Vanguard bosses in Perita Rebellion. You can easily mod for high enough Ability Strength (plus Roar) to essentially one-tap the boss fight that's considered the trickiest among the three.
For this, you use the usual one-two nuke build, which also happens to be particularly good at mobbing. However, this build will tend to sacrifice traditional survivability, so slot in the classic Catalyzing Shield + Brief Respite combo to shield gate.
Nekros
If you're trying to just get your Uriel and Vinquibus built immediately and thus need Perita resources, Nekros is the obvious pick. In practice, you get enough of the resources over time that you'll have a lot of leftover, so Nekros is not a particularly necessary pick here.
The reason I still find him a wortwhile pick (other than the comfy Shield of Shadows playstyle) is the actual surplus value the Perita Resources have. After getting Uriel, Vinquibus (and Galariak and Sagek Prime) built, you won't have any crafting necessity for these resources. However, you can use these to get Tektolyst Arcanes from Marie (which is on a relatively fast vendor reset), and then sell the extra Arcanes for Platinum.
