The November 28 edition of WWE SmackDown is set to feature a traditional five-on-five Survivor Series Match on the eve of the premium live event. The MFTs will take on Sami Zayn, Shinsuke Nakamura, Rey Fenix, and the Motor City Machine Guns after brawling for weeks on the blue-branded show.
Disclaimer: Spoilers for the November 28 edition of WWE SmackDown below.
The upcoming episode of SmackDown has already been taped, and a huge star finally made his return after weeks away from the programming. After an incredible match between the two teams, Solo Sikoa ended up picking up the win for his side by last eliminating Sami Zayn.
The Street Champion emerged as the sole survivor in the match but was confronted by a familiar foe. The Wyatt Sicks stood on the apron to confront him, and Uncle Howdy slid into the ring and took out Sikoa with a Sister Abigail to close the taping of the show.
Howdy has been missing from programming for weeks, but finally made his return to rekindle the feud with Solo Sikoa, as will be seen next week when the show is televised.
Solo Sikoa is set for a huge match on the November 24, edition of WWE RAW
After defeating a returning Dolph Ziggler in the first round of the Last Time is Now Tournament, Solo Sikoa is set to compete against Penta in the quarter-final. The match will take place on the upcoming edition of WWE RAW and will determine who goes into the semifinals.
Penta defeated Finn Balor on the latest edition of SmackDown to earn a spot in the last eight. The other quarter-final bout will feature Gunther battling Carmelo Hayes, in what will be a true David vs. Goliath situation.
It remains to be seen which superstars advance to the semifinals of the tournament in the coming week.
