In a recent interview with Spur magazine published on November 21, 2025, BTS member Jin shared insights about the group’s upcoming full-group comeback. The magazine described the BTS upcoming comeback as the “return of the kings”. They noted that it would be a moment highly anticipated not only by fans but by audiences worldwide.

Talking about the upcoming album the singer shared his thoughts on the other members’ work. He expressed how deeply he was impressed by their level of artistic quality. Jin said,

“While the band members were working on new songs in the US, I joined them a little late due to a solo tour. I listened to the songs they had created while I was away and was deeply impressed by their level of completion and artistic quality. When I met the band members again and listened to their music, I was reminded once again of how amazing these people are.”

Earlier in 2025, following the military discharge of RM, SUGA, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, the BTS members stayed in Los Angeles around July and September. Jin, who was on his RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR from June to August, reunited with the group in the US after completing his concerts.

Jin’s remarks about his fellow members quickly circulated on social media, prompting emotional reactions from fans. Many expressed admiration for the group’s bond, with one fan commenting,

Jin reflects on solo tour, ambassador role, and growing passion for jewelry in new Spur interview

In his interview with Spur magazine, Jin reflected on completing his solo concert series, RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, which wrapped up in November 2025. The tour took him through five countries. He explained that preparing for these shows involved both excitement and concern, as he initially questioned whether he could perform without the presence of the other BTS members. However, he shared that the enthusiasm and support from fans quickly eased those worries, saying,

"At first, I was worried about whether I could perform alone without the other members. But ARMY's enthusiasm and support far exceeded my expectations, and as I saw everyone's smiling faces, I began to wonder, 'Is there really anything I can't do in front of ARMY?' I had so much fun on stage."

He further noted that performing alone gave him more creative freedom, but it also brought moments of loneliness.

"Performing solo revolved around me, so there were parts that were comfortable, but at the same time, I felt lonely. I realized there are limits to what I can express alone, and once again, I was reminded of how important the other members are to me. I will never forget the time I asked ARMY for dinner recommendations in Japan. They knew my tastes well, and every dish they suggested was perfect. I can't remember the exact names of the dishes, but I remember them being delicious." He added.

The interview also touched on the first anniversary of the Running Wild singer’s appointment as a global ambassador of thr luxury French jewelery brand FRED. He explained that he felt honored when he received the offer but also questioned whether he fit the image of a jewelry brand representative.

His perspective shifted when the brand encouraged him to bring his individuality to the collaboration. As per the idol, over the past year, he developed a strong connection with the brand and its values and continues to be drawn to its aesthetics.

Spur reported that, Jin, who developed a deep interest in jewelry, contributed creatively during photoshoots. He shared that jewelry had become a consistent part of his daily style.
