A shocking loss and a new direction have been pitched for Brock Lesnar by a WWE personality. The Beast returned to the Stamford-based promotion at SummerSlam after a two-year hiatus.

Since his return, he has beaten John Cena and was in the WarGames match at Survivor Series, helping The Vision to a victory. Lesnar has been re-established as a monster heel since coming back, but there is a possibility that he could shockingly turn babyface.

Speaking on Notsam Wrestling, backstage WWE personality Sam Roberts addressed some of the fans' fantasy booking scenarios for WrestleMania 42.

Roberts said he could see Bron Breakker facing Lesnar at the Show of Shows, with The Vision member coming out on top. He then mentioned that The Beast could turn into a babyface after this defeat in Las Vegas.

"You could do Bron Breaker versus Brock Lesnar, have Bron Breaker beat Brock Lesnar, and then have Brock Lesnar turn babyface after to kind of save him from that or something like that. You know, a heel versus heel, Bron versus Brock. Bron wins. Coming off of WrestleMania, Brock Lesnar turns babyface," he said.

The Conqueror jobbing to a rising star like Breakker would be a shocking outcome on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Lesnar has been tipped to face Gunther either at WrestleMania 42 or down the line, while Breakker could also feature in a marquee match given his current feud with the World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk.

Brock Lesnar could retire in 2026

During an interview on INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet, John Cena hinted that Brock Lesnar could retire from WWE next year at SummerSlam, which will be held in Minnesota.

This led to speculation over The Beast Incarnate's future in the squared circle. Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON) also shared an update in this regard.

The report mentioned that while there is no confirmed date for Lesnar's retirement, his name has been discussed internally when it comes to the retirement of several stars like AJ Styles and possibly Chris Jericho, if he signs with the promotion.
