Shaquille O’Neal reacted to the massive gesture NFL legend Deion Sanders made for his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. The gesture even left Sanders’ son, Shilo, stunned.

On Friday, Instagram account @viralpostsdaily_ shared a clip that showed the moment Shilo Sanders learned that his dad had driven to Prosper, Texas, to meet Karrueche’s family.

“This n**** drove to Prosper, Texas? That’s like two hours,” Sanders said. “He’s dedicated to love. Oh my god!”

Sanders continued, explaining why he was shocked, citing a Valentine’s Day incident from his childhood that his father has not let go of.

“Dad would make fun of me when I was younger cause of Valentine’s Day,” he said. “I was like TJ’s age, I bought this girl like bears and chocolates and stuff, and he has not let that go. But he's driving two hours?”

Shaquille O’Neal also reacted by re-sharing Shilo Sanders’ reaction on Instagram.

Sanders and Karrueche Tran first sparked dating rumors after the actress was seen crying next to Deion’s hospital bed in July. Sanders was there to get a cancerous tumor removed from his bladder.

Before dating Tran, Sanders was engaged to Tracey Edmonds for 12 years. The pair split in 2023. He has also been married twice. Sanders, much like O’Neal, is also a legendary athlete.

While Shaq is known as one of the most dominant big men in NBA history, Sanders is the only athlete to play in both the World Series and the Super Bowl.

Shaquille O’Neal was not the only one who was taken aback by Deion Sanders’ gesture for his girlfriend. O’Neal’s son, Shareef, also reacted to Shilo’s clip, leaving a message in the post’s comments section.

“Bro,” Shareef wrote.

Like Deion Sanders’ children, Shaquille O’Neal's children, including Shareef, also looked to follow in his footsteps. He played for LSU and UCLA, but was never able to impress scouts enough to earn a shot at playing in the league. O’Neal averaged 2.6 points and 3.0 rebounds through 37 games in college.
