New Listings Missions in GTA Online: How to play, rewards, and more

Rockstar Games has recently dropped a bunch of new missions related GTA Online Mansions update. These missions are called "New Listings", which can be played by anyone. Once you complete these missions, you will also receive some of the best rewards for the update, which eventually drops in December.

How to play the missions

First, you need to enter GTA Online and head to the Devin Westin mansion north of Vinewood Hills. Once you reach this location, you will get a call from Raf talking about the mansions and how the Prix Luxury Real Estate heads need someone who knows Los Santos to help them. Once you enter Devin Westin's mansion, the first of three missions will start.

Due Diligence

This will be the name of the first mission, in which you need to head towards the old Devin Westin's mansion and clear out a few Lost MC gang members who have taken over the place.

First, you need to head to a nearby location to pick up tear gas canisters. Then head to the mansion. If you manage to either incapacitate or make the bikers flee, you will get a bonus cash reward.

After taking care of enemies standing outside the mansion, head to the roof and place gas canisters in the vents, so that the rest of the members flee from the place. Once this is done, you need to leave the area, after which the next mission will be instantly active.

Fixes & Fittings

For this mission, you need to head to the La Mesa area in eastern Los Santos. You can find the mission easily by looking for the Prix Luxury yellow logo on the map. Once the mission starts, you will be required to head to the Mile High Club construction site to steal four tools and a trailer's worth of construction material and deliver it to the drop-off area.

It is worth noting that there will be loads of people guarding the material. Hence, you need to be careful while doing this mission.

Even when you deliver the materials, you will get a lot more chasing enemies, at least five to six cars, and even roadblocks.

Hard Deadlines

For the last mission, you need to head down south to the Elysian Island Docks. Again, look for the Prix Luxury logo in the southern area of the map. The mission is that you need to head to the construction site at the docks, destroy several construction equipment, and scare three foremen in the area. There will be a few construction workers who will try to attack you; simply avoid them and intimidate the foremen.

Rewards once you finish the missions

The New Listings missions are part of the new VIP Program, which the Prix Luxury Real Estate company has started in GTA Online. Simply entering the game before December 7, 2025, will give you loads of rewards, but if you complete the New Listings missions as well, you will receive even bigger and better goodies.

Here are some of the rewards you will get after completing the Mansions prologue missions:

• GTA$2,000,000 off all Prix Luxury Real Estate listings
• GTA$1,000,000 cash bonus
• New Rockstar Games Varsity Crew Neck Sweater

This week (November 13 - 19, 2,025), these new missions will also offer 2x cash and RP (4x cash and RP for GTA+ members)
