As the sun glimmers off the yachts in Monte Carlo's harbor, the 2025 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix weekend kicked off Friday with the first practice session.

Local hero Charles Leclerc led the way, just ahead of Red Bull rival Max Verstappen and McLaren’s Lando Norris.Yet, beyond the on-track battles, another captivating narrative unfolds in the paddock—the influential presence of the drivers' girlfriends.

So, as the teams gear up for the challenges of Monaco's iconic street circuit, here’s a closer look at the remarkable women adding an extra layer of glamour to Grand Prix weekend

Charles Leclerc and Alexandra Saint Mleux

Racing for Ferrari, Charles Leclerc, 27, finished as the runner-up in the 2022 Formula One World Drivers’ Championship and over the course of eight seasons, he’s claimed eight Grand Prix victories.

Monaco’s hometown favorite is currently dating Alexandra Saint Mleux. According to People, the couple was first spotted together at Paris Fashion Week in March 2023. Leclerc later confirmed their relationship that May and since that time, she’s been seen by his side at several Grand Prix – and other exotic destinations across the globe.

As a digital creator and influencer, Alexandria has more than 1.6 million followers on TikTok where she shares her take on food, fashion and travel. 

Over on Instagram, her two million followers get a front row seat of her  travels, with recent photos posted from Hong Kong, Cannes, Miami and Saudi Arabia — the last of which Leclerc took himself.

Max Verstappen and Kelly Piquet

Max Verstappen, Red Bull Racing’s dominant force in Formula 1, has racked up four consecutive World Drivers' Championship titles from 2021 to 2024 and claimed 65 Grand Prix victories across his 11-season career.

The Dutch sensation, 27, is dating German-born fashion writer and model, Kelly Piquet. And if her name sounds familiar, that’s because she’s the daughter of three-time Formula 1 world champion Nelson Piquet.

The couple first met in 2016 at a dinner in Monaco and started dating in 2020. On May 2, 2025, they announced the birth of their first child, Lily. Piquet also has another daughter, Penelope, with Formula One driver Daniil Kvyat.

Lando Norris and Margarida Corceiro

British-Belgian Formula 1 driver Lando Norris is currently racing for McLaren. He was runner-up in the Formula 1 World Drivers' Championship in 2024 and has won five Grands Prix across seven seasons.

Norris, 25, is currently single— but was previously in relationship with Margarida Corceiro, a Portuguese actress, model and social media influencer. They met in 2023 and she was often spotted by his side at Grand Prix weekends in Monaco and Miami.

The couple reportedly split last year after Norris confessed to having “many girlfriends” during a Sky Sports F1 lie detector segment.

But on February 15, 2025 (the day after Valentine’s Day), The Sun reported they were seen together, fueling speculation of a rekindled romance, but, so far, neither has addressed the rumor.
