Wide receiver Ladd McConkey and the Los Angeles Chargers are gearing up for a Week 10 matchup versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. The primetime matchup will take place at SoFi Stadium on Sunday as the Chargers look to stay near the top of the AFC West standings.

In the meantime, his wife, Sydney McConkey, is working on staying toned in her own workouts. On Thursday afternoon, she shared a photo of herself after her intense Pilates workout, showing off her toned physique.

"Feeling like a unit," Sydney McConkey captioned her Instagram Story.

In nine games this season Ladd McConkey has 47 receptions for 524 receiving yards and three touchdowns. During his rookie season with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2024, he caught 82 passes for 1,149 yards and seven touchdowns. McConkey quickly became one of quarterback Justin Herbert's favorite and reliable targets.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey's wife, Sydney, is his biggest fan on gamedays. Each week she not only shares her gameday style but also celebrates their big wins.

Sydney McConkey celebrated the Chargers' 37-10 win in primetime in a Week 8 matchup over the Minnesota Vikings. She celebrated the win by sharing a look at her style which was a more casual look. She wore a light blue short-sleeved shirt which was customized with McConkey's No. 15 jersey number. She paired the look with light washed jeans and blue and white striped Adidas sneakers.

Ladd and Sydney McConkey began dating while both were high school students. He went on to play with the Georgia Bulldogs where he won two National Championship titles.

Just a few months after the wide receiver was drafted by the Chargers in the second-round of the 2024 NFL Draft, he proposed to his longtime love. The couple got married in their home state of Georgia in April in an outdoor ceremony on a farm.
