To get to the location of the Leaping Toad in Where Winds Meet, you must go to the General's Shrine area, as shown in the image above. You can get to this area early in the game and approach the NPC observing a toad.

This will trigger a very short conversation between you and the NPC, who will ask you to observe the toad. The toad will jump in the air, and you must press your designated Skill Steal key when the creature lines up perfectly with the golden ring. Doing so a couple of times will finish the skill steal and unlock the Leaping Toad for you in Where Winds Meet.

You can then go ahead and use the skill to your advantage in battle to deal some AoE damage to your opponents, especially if you get swarmed by them.

To use Leaping Toad in Where Winds Meet, simply equip the skill and press your designated key or button to use it. You can cast it to flip back and then lunge at enemies to deal physical damage. Moreover, it can be cast twice to apply Toad Venom to your enemies, and the third cast triggers the Golden Toad Slam, which deals hefty AoE damage to nearby enemies.

Furthermore, higher tiers of Mystic Arts increase the stats of different attacks. Here's how:

  • Tier 2: Increase Toad Venom Qi damage by 30% within 10 seconds of casting.
  • Tier 3: When it explodes, Toad Venom spreads to nearby enemies, becoming Lesser Toad Venom, which deals the same damage but no longer spreads.
  • Tier 4: Toad Venom explosion radius increased by 50%.

Overall, increasing the level of your Mystic Arts is generally quite helpful and will make your attacks more powerful while using the Leaping Toad in Where Winds Meet.
