BTS’ Jin wrapped the encore dates of his first solo world tour, RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, with a two-night finish that drew major attention. The encore stretch began on October 31, where the opening show saw Jungkook and j-hope step in for special stages. Hobi brought Killin’ It Girl live, and the BTS maknae delivered STANDING NEXT TO YOU. During the second night, Jimin and Taehyung appeared without prior scheduling.
The members moved through a brief set of group tracks, including Idol, So What, My Universe, and Spring Day. While performing Spring Day, V delayed a line late and shifted toward the monitor screen to follow the lyrics. Some users pointed out the timing slip, and the conversation extended to Jimin’s higher notes and Jin’s delivery as well. Following these discussions, another topic surfaced.
Reports indicated that activity on DC Gallery (a South Korean forum operating with anonymous posting) involved users preparing coordinated negative commentary toward Jungkook.
This occurred after criticism about V, Jimin, and Jin’s real-time vocals surfaced. Many users also posted messages in support of JK.
"Free Jungkook from those weirdos...," an X user commented.Free Jungkook from those weirdos...
According to fans, temporary accounts have been created with the intent to target Jungkook, with some noting a pattern of new profiles appearing over several days.
antis are literally making burner accounts just to hate on Jungkook i’ve been noticing it for days. they’re so desperate to see him get dragged, but sorry that’s never gonna work on him😭😭
this is clearly coming from a place of bitterness and jealousy because the pattern i've noticed is that no matter what jungkook does, a specific group of accounts, especially those with zero followers and solo stans, consistently target him to start a hate train.
This hate is extremely forced btw lmaoo if you actually look at the accounts dragging jk, they’re all newly made accounts and all follow eachother. It’s the same person on their multiple burner accounts 😭😭😭 this is pathetic
Meanwhile, others are defending the SEVEN singer, saying the attempted "hate train" will not affect him.
antis need to understand that forcing a hate train on jungkook isn't gonna affect his career. He's had the whole kpop coming for him during his solo debut and yet look at the outcome — He's become even more successful. When you have the talents the results will always follow
Trying so hard to replicate those 20k, 30k, 50k hate tweets ur fav has been getting. It is not helping. No hate train will ever effect jungkook.
It's 2025 and JJKs still need to be told to stop engaging with hate posts of newly created accounts created by solos of other members with the only goal to set up Jungkook and start a hate train.Report, block, ignore, and let them flop while they're drowning in their jealousy
BTS Jungkook’s GOLDEN surpasses 10 million, setting solo sales record
BTS' Jungkook (Image via X/@bts_bighit)BTS’ Jungkook has hit a massive milestone with his debut solo project GOLDEN, crossing 10 million album-equivalent sales. With this, the South Korean singer also secures the title of the highest-selling K-pop solo act to date. This achievement follows the album’s explosive debut, when it moved 8.4 million copies in under twelve months. It was the strongest performance for a male solo debut globally in the last ten years.
Released on November 3, 2023, under BIGHIT MUSIC, GOLDEN marked Jungkook’s first full-length solo studio project and his first album performed entirely in English. The 11-track project quickly built an international presence and earned critical recognition, too.
The album features a lineup designed for worldwide visibility, including early hits SEVEN ft. Latto and 3D with Jack Harlow, both released ahead of the project. Additional collaborations include Major Lazer on Closer to You and DJ Snake on Please Don’t Change.
During the Run Jin concert, j-hope referenced the missing second verse of Jamais Vu, and Jin commented that it would only appear when Jungkook held his solo concert. Jungkook agreed, leading to online speculation. JK also used a new gold microphone and in-ears featuring his Golden logo, prompting viewers to link the moment to possible plans for a solo world tour.
