Santa’s Gift Factory is a rewards system that has you submit Presents to receive various prizes. In total, you can submit 50 Presents to complete the rewards ladder and receive the grand prize: the Christmas-themed Jetski.

This activity has you interact with two gameplay mechanics to collect Presents: NPC interaction and fishing. Interacting with NPCs on the Christmas Event Island gives you a “Presents” dialog option. Selecting this option has a chance for the NPC to give you a Present, Candy Canes, or nothing. You can also go door-to-door on the event island and interact with the doors to receive the same.

Since you can only request Presents from the NPCs once an hour and it’s an extremely RNG-reliant activity, it’s not a reliable farming method for the resource. So, we recommend using NPC interaction as a secondary method to gather any additional Presents.

The best way to get Presents is to use your best fishing rod and cast a line in any water body on the event island. This includes the water pools in the ice and the Sea, both of which have a decent chance of yielding the resource. If you happen to catch one, it will be added to the Items tab of your inventory. So far, it’s unclear whether Luck boosts influence the catch rate of Presents.

Each time you submit a Present, you will receive a unique reward from Santa. These prizes include Frozen Bait, Candy Canes, Potions, and more.
