Congratulations to former WWE Superstar Blair Davenport

Former WWE Superstar Blair Davenport has been making headlines as one of the biggest names in the women’s division of Stardom lately. The star was released from the Stamford-based company earlier this year and has been a part of Stardom over the past few months now.

Davenport is undoubtedly one of the most skilled women when it comes to women's professional wrestling, and surely has a great future ahead. While the star couldn’t make an impact in WWE, she has managed to garner a lot of attention from fans all around the globe.

In a recent post on Instagram, the former star revealed that she had completed 13 years in the professional wrestling industry and that she had achieved everything she had ever wanted to.

Not only that, but the star further added that everything she over-achieved, more than she had dreamt of, was just a bonus, thanking fans for their support over the years.

“It’s my 13 year wrestling anniversary 🥳 I’ve achieved everything I ever wanted and more! The rest is just a bonus 🥰 Thank you for the support over the years!” she wrote.

WWE initially had plans for Blair Davenport before her sudden release

Addressing her release on a recent episode of the Rulebreakers podcast, Blair Davenport revealed that the company initially had plans for her to join Chelsea Green’s Secret Hervice faction. However, things turned around surprisingly, and she was released from the company.

“They released me. I’d say I was surprised, but I wasn’t because I wasn’t really used. They had plans for me, though. I was supposed to be on the Europe tour in March—I had the flights. I was supposed to be with Piper and Chelsea. I was supposed to be doing what Alba’s doing now, doing the Secret Harvest [Hervice] thing. Me and Piper were getting matching gear made. We’d had conversations about what they wanted us to wear, how they wanted us to act, everything. So it was definitely a thing that creative were planning.” (H/T: RingsideNews)

Fans will have to wait and see if the star even gets a chance to get back into the WWE ring again in the future.
