While the temperatures outside are starting to get uncomfortably low, the heat is turning up in fantasy football. Every win is starting to become more important, so it's critical to prepare properly.

Here's a comprehensive look at who fantasy managers should start and sit this week. Keep in mind, if your player isn't listed, he sits somewhere in the middle as one who could pop or disappear in Week 10.

There are plenty of players worth starting in Week 10, from James Cook III to Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Week 10's TNF contest is likely to be rife with fantasy football numbers for the Denver Broncos facing the Las Vegas Raiders. While Raiders player owners beware, Brock Bowers is a must-start.

Meanwhile, many of Denver's skill position players are set up well. Additionally, with Kendrick Bourne set to face the Los Angeles Rams again after dominating them in his previous matchup with Mac Jones, it's hard to decline another similar opportunity. According to NBC Sports on Sunday, Kyle Shanahan hinted that Jones could start again in Week 10, setting the stage for another great showing.

Quentin Johnston has caught a touchdown in each of his last two games, and with the Pittsburgh Steelers on tap with a leaky defense, the stage is set for a big day for the Los Angeles Chargers receiver.

Tyler Warren has dominated this season, but as a rookie, his sluggish Week 9 performance raises questions of whether he is hitting the rookie wall halfway through the season. Derrick Henry faces a stiff Minnesota Vikings defense and has looked mortal against quality defenses this season. As such, if you have a better matchup, it's worth going in that direction.

Emeka Egbuka started the season hot, but has taken a big step back in the past three games. As such, it's time to demote him to your bench if you have another reliable receiver.
