The Bears enter Saturday's game with a 10-4 record following last week's 31-3 victory over the Cleveland Browns. In Week 14, they suffered a 28-21 loss to the Packers at Lambeau Field and are now looking for redemption in this rematch.

Jaylon Johnson, who's been with the team since being drafted in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft, has seen limited time on the field this season. He underwent a core muscle repair surgery in September and was placed on the IR list.

The cornerback made his return during last month's 24-15 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. In four games, Jaylon Johnson has tallied six total tackles and one interception.

Jaylon Johnson gets real on returning to his best form after injury

Last week, Jaylon Johnson secured his first interception of the season against Browns WR Jerry Jeudy. However, despite his team's victory, the cornerback said that he is still not back to 100%.

Johnson said that his main objective is to get back to full health and continue to contribute to his team's success.

"An interception is cool, but I just want to get back to just really being myself," Johnson said. "I'm taking the right step, and I'm getting closer, but in that moment it's just like all right, whatever, I'll take it. But I just want to get back to being dominant. "I mean, you know your body. I think for me, it's just certain movements don't feel like they used to feel. And really just that comfort again. ... So, you get thrown in a fire, and it's kind of trying to find yourself when it counts."

If the Bears win against the Packers, they will take a step closer toward winning the division title and becoming a contender for the playoffs.
