Nebraska volleyball’s Maisie Boesiger recently penned an emotional farewell note for the program after four years with the Huskers. Reacting to this, several of her teammates, including Harper Murray, Bergen Reilly and Allie Sczech sent their love to the libero.
Boesiger joined Nebraska in 2022 after spending her junior career with Norris High School. The American made a strong impression in her freshman season, recording three aces, six set assists and 12 dig in 23 matches. Over the next three years, Boesiger went on to establish herself as a prominent part of the Huskers, winning the 2025 Big Ten Sportsmanship Award, several Big Ten Distinguished Scholar awards and more.
Now as she gears up to bid goodbye to Nebraska Volleyball, Maisie Boesiger penned an emotional farewell on Instagram, writing,
“Dear Nebraska Volleyball, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the memories, my best friends, unforgettable experiences, and the best 4 years I could ever imagine.”Reacting to the post, Harper Murray dropped a heart emoji. Bergen Reilly wrote,
“Love you so much.”Allie Sczech also sent her love to Boesiger, commenting,
“Ma ma I love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”Several other Nebraska Volleyball players also showed their support for Boesiger:
“I love you miss maise,” Ryan Hunter wrote. “🥺🥺,” Campbell Flynn commented. “Love you so much,” Keri Leimbach added. “Love you forever may may,” Sky Pierce wrote. “LOVE YOU” ; “Love you miss maise,” Teraya Sigler and Pulelehua Laikona chimed in.

Huskers at the Division I Women's Championship (Image Source: Getty)Nebraska Volleyball’s 2025 NCAA run came to an abrupt close after their loss to Texas A&M in the Regional Finals. However, despite this loss, two of the team's players were honoured for their exemplary skills throughout the season.
At the 2025 AVCA Positional Awards, Andi Jackson was named Middle Blocker of the Year. Jackson’s record included 2.74 kills per set on .467 hitting with 1.12 blocks per set and 16 aces. Her .467 hitting average was the nation's highest for the season. Jackson's year also saw her get named to the AVCA All-America First Team and the All-Big Ten First Team.
Meanwhile, Nebraska’s Bergen Reilly was named Setter of the Year. Reilly delivered some truly incredible performances in 2025, racking up a .351 hitting percentage as well as an average of 10.47 assists per set and 2.70 digs per set. Her season saw her total a whopping 73 kills, 67 blocks and 19 aces.
