NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Corey Heim had a bit of a heated moment during the Championship 4 race. The 150-lap race was scheduled at Phoenix Raceway on October 31, 2025. Later during stage two of the race, Heim lost his temper after Ty Majeski gained a lead over him.

The Tricon Garage driver qualified sixth for the 150-mile race at the one-mile paved track. He did so with a best lap time of 26.771 seconds and a top speed of 134.474 mph. Meanwhile, non-championship qualified driver Layne Riggs took the pole position in his Love's RV STOP Ford with a best time of 26.707 seconds and a top speed of 134.796 mph.

Despite a P6 start, Corey Heim took the lead on lap 22 of stage one of the race. He then went on to finish the 45-lap stage in P1 and took the lead back from Rajah Caruth on lap 55, winning stage two of the 150-lap race. However, during the final stage of the race, Majeski beat Heim on the pit road.

Following that, the Tricon Garage driver lost his cool and expressed his frustration over the team radio. Heim stated:

"Its a fu*king joke trying to get out of my pit box. This is terrible man."

Ty Majeski was the first driver to leave the pit road, followed by Corey Heim, Brent Crews, Rajah Caruth, Tanner Gray, Kaden Honeycutt, and Layne Riggs. Heim has been competing in the final battle for the Championship title against Majeski, Honeycutt, and Tyler Ankrum.

Corey Heim shared his future plans of not moving to RAM and staying with Toyota

In September 2025, Pat McAfee opened up about Corey Heim shifting his OEM in the 2026 season. Later, Heim reacted to the clip and denied the claim, putting an end to all the rumors amid RAM's big entry.

Heim has been competing in the Truck Series since 2021 and completed his rookie season with Kyle Busch Motorsports in 2021. He then moved to Tricon Garage in 2023 to drive the #11 Toyota Tundra. He has been with the team since then and claimed 20 wins for the Toyota team in the series.

Heim also signed a deal with the NASCAR Cup Series team 23XI Racing in February 2025. He will be the team's development driver and drive the #67 Toyota part-time on special occasions in the next season.

Reflecting on his dominating performance with Toyota, McAfee highlighted that Corey Heim could join RAM in the next season. However, the #11 Toyota driver denied his claims and wrote:

"More of a @Toyota Tundra guy, but appreciate the love @PatMcAfeeShow"

Corey Heim is currently in his fifth season in the series and competing for the Championship title for the third time. Previously, he wrapped the 2023 season in P4 and the 2024 season in P2, nearly missing the Championship title.
