WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair had a rocky and controversial promo with Tiffany Stratton on the Road to WrestleMania 41. The Buff Barbie had brought The Queen’s personal life into the discourse, taking jabs at her marital failures. The 39-year-old has now directly broken her silence on the matter.

Speaking to ClutchPoints, the 14-time WWE Women’s Champion delved into self-depriciating humor, saying her 3-0 record in the matter is done and dusted. She also noted that the promo taught her valuable lessons, helping her carefully weigh both the positives and the negatives.

Commenting on Tiffany Stratton, she said she never doubted her professionalism, and that all that mattered at the time was putting on a great show for the audience in Las Vegas.

"I look at every positive and negative that has happened in my career, and I try to learn from [them], try to grow from [them]. And I think I have since then. [I] took it as a stepping stone to grow and learn… I think [we put aside personal feelings the same] way any person would at a job. I've never doubted her or me being professional… [The task is to] put on the best show that you can on the ‘Grandest Stage of Them All.'”

Charlotte Flair had also fired shots at Stratton in response, name-dropping the latter’s boyfriend Ludwig Kaiser. The Queen lost to Tiffy at WM41 and couldn’t convert her 2025 Royal Rumble win into a 15th world title.

Charlotte Flair says she is grateful for her injury

Charlotte Flair had to spend two years on the shelf owing to an MCL, ACL, and meniscus injury she sustained in December 2023 against Asuka. She returned at the 2025 Royal Rumble, winning the 30-woman contest and instantly booking her ticket for WrestleMania 41.

In the same interview, the 39-year-old said that, while the injury mentally shattered her, she is now grateful for it. The Queen said that before the injury, she relied on her athleticism a lot. However, the habits she developed during recovery have made her a better performer in the ring.

Charlotte Flair isn’t competing as a singles superstar in the WWE right now and won the Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside Alexa Bliss at the 2025 SummerSlam. The duo lost the belts to the Kabuki Warriors in November and are pursuing a rematch against Asuka and Kairi Sane.
