The Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back room is getting a bit crowded.
It could lead to the departure of a former Bucs star.
Rachaad White, who took a backseat in 2024 to rookie Bucky Irving, might have his eyes on a future elsewhere.
On White's Instagram story, he posted a caption signaling this would be "one last ride."

White will be a free agent after the season.
He remains a talented rusher and receiver out of the backfield. Some NFL team could get him at a bargain rate if he again spends this year as a pseudo-backup to Irving.

White is still just 26, and he's a former third-round pick who proved in 2023 (with 990 rushing, 549 receiving yards) that he can be a standout NFL player.
The Buccaneers will likely count on him occasionally in 2025, and then White might find himself a spot that more appreciates his talents.
