Former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley is the leader of The Death Riders. This group, apart from him, consists of Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, Marina Shafir, Pac, and Daniel Garcia. They are currently feuding with Darby Allin.

The rivalry between Moxley and Allin began months ago. Their last match took place at WrestleDream 2025, where The Daredevil defeated the former Dean Ambrose in a brutal "I Quit" match. Fans were under the impression that this showdown would conclude their storyline for now. However, they are seemingly not done with each other.

WWE legend Bully Ray recently spoke about the above feud on the Busted Open Radio podcast. The 54-year-old said that the company has no option but to continue the rivalry between Moxley and Allin because they lack star power. According to him, All Elite Wrestling hardly has megastars or stories. Hence, they are so dependent on this angle.

"They have to. They’re forced. They have no star power because they need star power. They need more story." said Bully Ray. [H/T: E Wrestling]

Bully Ray is a massive All Elite Wrestling critic. Even though he has thousands of fans worldwide, many find his statements obnoxious and controversial.

AEW President Tony Khan praises Jon Moxley

Former WWE star Jon Moxley is one of All Elite Wrestling's biggest names. He joined the Jacksonville-based company in 2019 and has held the AEW World Title four times. In a recent interview with 3NT Wrestling, Tony Khan showered him with praise.

Khan said that The Purveyor of Violence is very important for them. The former AEW Champion also has immense backstage influence.

"Jon Moxley, since day one, has been one of the most important stars in AEW. But backstage, Jon Moxley’s also — as you’ve correctly assessed — one of the most important people backstage in AEW." said Khan. [H/T: SE Scoops]

The former Dean Ambrose was also a massive name in WWE. Only time will tell if he will return to the Stamford-based company someday.
