There were reports this week that Lucas Paqueta wants to leave West Ham United. However, the player was quick to respond to these rumours.
Paqueta posted a picture of himself and his family in West Ham kits at the London Stadium with a smiley face emoji on social media.
The Brazilian was linked with a move to Aston Villa over the summer, but indicated he was staying at West Ham in his celebrations after scoring against Nottingham Forest.
It would be no surprise if Paqueta wants to leave West Ham, as relegation from the Premier League is a real threat, and the midfielder is one of their most talented players.

Paqueta may have been playing for Manchester City had it not been for the betting allegations against him, which he has since been cleared of.
City's loss could be United's gain, if he is to complete the move to Old Trafford. United could do with some younger legs in their midfield, with Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes now in their thirties.
Rubem Amorim's side will also need a replacement for Bryan Mbeumo this December and January, as the Cameroonian is set to play in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Paqueta is 28 and can play in an attacking midfield role as well as centrally. For West Ham, he plays as an attacking midfielder and has even filled in as a center-forward. However, for Brazil, he plays central-midfield.
It would be a huge loss for West Ham if Paqueta departs in January, as the club faces a battle to stay in the Premier League.
