On Tuesday, December 23, Vogue Japan released a teaser video of BTS's Taehyung, announcing the idol's upcoming cover feature for the magazine's February 2026 issue. In the teaser video, though the idol's face wasn't clearly visible, the silhouettes, the back and side profiles revealed that the collaboration for their upcoming magazine cover is with the BTS idol.

The video also showcased the different attire that the idol can be expected to wear for the magazine cover. Some of the shots revealed the topless back of Taehyung, with delicate necklaces and a while shirt resting on his shoulder. Other shots also revealed a formal outfit, where the idol wore a white coat with no shirt, but paired with a simple white satin scarf and black formal pants.

He was also spotted wearing an oversized white see-through shirt, which was tucked into white denim pants and a black belt. Lastly, the teaser image closed with the last outfit that was revealed in the video, which was a full-body tight-fitted beige leather jumpsuit, with a mock neck and metal details. BTS's V, otherwise known as Kim Tae-hyung, was discharged from his mandatory military service in June 2025. Following the same, the idol has not put forth any music releases. However, he's been active in several spheres outside the music industry, such as fashion, beauty, and more. In July, he made his first public appearance at CELINE's Printemps show in Paris.

He was also named the ambassador of Coca-Cola Korea in the same month. In September, he featured on W Korea's cover in collaboration with CELINE, and in October, he attended the 2025 Paris Fashion Week for CELINE's Spring/Summer 2026 collection runway.
