Adam Pearce has been serving as the RAW General Manager for the past few years in WWE. During his tenure, he took several bold decisions that enraged superstars. Pearce fined talents for their insubordination, suspended stars for putting their hands on officials, and stripped contenders from matches in order to establish peace and decorum on the brand.

While doing that, he made several enemies on Monday Night RAW (in storyline). The locker room's resentment grew in layers and a stock of talents piled up who now share mutual disdain for Adam Pearce. While some have been harboring that resentment silently in their heart, a few have been vocal about their bitter on-screen relationship with the RAW GM.

Dominik Mysterio is one of those superstars who makes Adam Pearce's blood boil every now and then. His heat with the 47-year-old stems from the General Manager's zero-tolerance stance on Dirty Dom's constant cheating and Judgment Day's shenanigans. Pearce views it as a blatant disrespect to the integrity of Monday Night RAW.

There have been several times when he has issued warnings to Mysterio for his reprehensible acts. However, the 28-year-old feels that the RAW GM does injustice to him every time. Their on-screen conflict has been one of the most fascinating things on RAW. Unlike any other rift, Dominik and Adam's tussle has been layered in humor.

#3. Adam Pearce has a rift with Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker's explosive rivalry with Adam Pearce is all about raw power clashing with authority. The two have never been on the same page ever since the 28-year-old arrived on the red brand. However, an interesting chapter in their relationship unfolded when Breakker had to hand over Seth Rollins' World Heavyweight Championship to the WWE Official on his orders.

That was not it. The Vision members were also pulled out of the Number One Contender Battle Royal on RAW. Since then, Bron Breakker's relationship with the RAW GM worsened. The two do not look eye to eye on the red brand. Pearce's constant attempt to establish peace on the brand has become a roadblock in Breakker's path to the world title.

If anyone has a bigger problem with Adam Pearce, it's Becky Lynch. Without a doubt, it is one of the most entertaining feuds currently on the main roster. The Man has been at loggerheads with the 47-year-old for the past few months. Time and time again, Lynch keeps taking hilarious shots at the General Manager, calling out the latter on and off the screen.

She believes Pearce is incompetent to serve her justice with everything that's going on around her. Big Time Becks continues to point fingers at his bureaucracy and questions the lack of accountability. However, the RAW GM continues to evade her whining, trying to rebuff Becky Lynch's claims every time on Monday Night RAW.

#1. Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods' collective heat with Adam Pearce boils down to their deep-seated resentment over the state of RAW's tag division. The two superstars believe that they are being neglected and overlooked despite being veterans. Pearce has been involved in a back-and-forth exchange with The New Day several times.

This on-screen animosity kicked off in August 2025 with a raw emotional backstage promo where Kingston and Woods blamed Pearce for burying them in midcard limbo. Since then, WWE has continued to showcase their tumultuous relationship. The General Manager constantly finds himself surrounded by The New Day's bickering.
