It's getting fuller. Wisdom is starting to serve a big role in my life, like where you work smarter, not harder, in some cases."

Ciara highlighted the importance of "self-awareness" and how it has helped her take better care of herself and her mind. The "Body Party" singer claimed that even though so many "things are happening at one time," all of them have been perfectly aligning in her life.

Russell Wilson's wife Ciara revealed secret to getting back in shape following 4th pregnancy

For mothers, regaining their pre-pregnancy physique has been one of the most challenging tasks. For Ciara, her fourth postpartum marked the "longest" time that her body took to show the signs of being back in shape. During an interview with People, Ciara revealed her struggles with getting back her old body shape.

"Mama dropping it like it's hot a little bit,” Ciara said. “Mama on foldable chairs right now. We doing flat tummy. She’s trying to hold onto it for a little bit. This was the longest it took me to lose my post-baby weight."

According to Ciara, "sweating" helped her a lot in losing all the retained water in her body. But even with the desire to get back in shape, the singer made sure not to put any unwanted pressure on herself.

Talking about kids, Ciara recently opened up about the approach she has taken to create a comfortable parent-child relationship with her children.
