AEW has expanded its roster size since the company's inception in 2019. The promotion has added several top stars from all over the world. Some of the biggest names in the business work for Tony Khan's promotion like Adam Copeland, MJF, Konosuke Takeshita, Kazuchika Okada, Will Ospreay, and many more. Therefore, the company has been able to improve the quality of matches in recent years. In this article, we will talk about the three current stars who have never turned heel in AEW. These are stars who have been baby faces throughout their run with the company.

#3. Adam Copeland

After a legendary career with the WWE, Adam Copeland joined AEW in 2023 to wrestle some new opponents. However, his first feud in the Jacksonville-based promotion was against his best friend Christian Cage. The two men feuded over the TNT Championship for several months. Throughout his run in All Elite Wrestling, the Rated R Superstar has competed against some opponents he had never faced before. He has also remained a babyface throughout his time with the company.

This comes as a bit of a surprise since Copeland's best work in his iconic career as been as a heel. During his time in WWE, the former Edge was widely regarded as one of the best heels in the business. However, since arriving in Tony Khan's company, he has not yet turned heel. Only time will tell if Tony will pull the trigger on turning Copeland heel in the future.

#2. Orange Cassidy

Right from his first day in AEW, Orange Cassidy has been a fan favorite due to his unique sloth style of wrestling. Cassidy has also shown a lot of heart and resilience in the ring. The best example of this was his iconic International Championship reign where he defended the title almost every week on TV. Sometimes, he defended the title more than once in a week.

Cassidy has remained with the Jacksonville-based promotion for a very long time and hasn't turned heel once even when his own friend, Trent Beretta, turned on him.

#1. Willow Nightingale has never turned heel in AEW

Willow Nightingale has been a part of the AEW roster since 2021. She has shown a lot of growth in her character development and in-ring skills since then. She even won the TBS Championship one time. Even though Willow Nightingale was faced with the challenge of staying babyface during her storyline with Kris Statlander, where the latter betrayed her, she still remained true to herself.

Despite her lackluster booking in recent months, Willow Nightingale has shown no signs of turning heel. She also genuinely seems happy with The Conglomeration.

It remains to be seen if the above AEW stars will ever turn heel in the future.
