Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson has enjoyed an excellent season so far. The QB has posted 2,184 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, one interception and two rushing TDs, leading the No. 4 Tide to a 7-1 record.

On Tuesday, Simpson outlined that November is an important month for the team, but the Tide gave themselves a great chance of making the College Football Playoff due to their solid performances in the past few months.

"You're remembered for what you do in November," Simpson said. "But in order to be remembered for what you do in November, it starts in September and October. We've had a good September and October, and we need to make sure that we don't p*ss it away."

Fans had some wild reactions to Simpson's ambitious remarks regarding Alabama's season.

"Dude talk way too much," one tweeted.

"Try not losing to unranked teams, that might help," another added. "Did you beat FSU?" a third commented.

Here are a few more reactions.

"And if you want to do well in starts In August and to do that in August in starts in July and shut the f*ck up you absolute retard," one wrote. "You can tell the people who have been in leadership roles vs those that haven’t and never will…just from reading comments. Any leader worth his weight in dirt would either agree or not comment. Ty is a good leader. Haters gonna hate," another added. "Ty seems to be all business.. he’s about to have himself a game this weekend… let’s go sir!" a user tweeted.

Ty Simpson enrolled at Alabama in 2022. However, this is his first season as the team's starting quarterback.
