The sweetest part is how quickly everything shifted into full rescue mode. Searching for mama cats and siblings, getting kitten formula, planning a vet visit first thing in the morning, and already picking out the name May all happened almost instantly. At that point the kitten had basically already decided she lived there now.

This is how we psychologically perceive ourselves. Would you do it? Would you adopt a kitten in need, even if you had already had a house full of pets and a cat-skeptic girlfriend? Would you go out of your way to search for the rest of the kittens, and rally people you know for the cause?

While waiting in line at the car wash, workers spotted a scared little kitten trying to stay out of the road. The kitten ran under the truck and somehow crawled up inside part of the vehicle near the rear wheel. After a long attempt to coax him out at the car wash, the rescue mission moved over to a nearby Discount Tire where employees immediately stepped in to help.
