"Okay, okay," Gill said.

LeBron James returned to the Lakers lineup in mid-November after missing the start of the season with sciatica, the first time in his 23-year career he’s had to do so.

Even after sitting out more than 15 games, he’s found his rhythm quickly, averaging 20.2 points and 6.8 assists across 13 appearances. Still, his return hasn’t come without questions.

According to Legion Hoops, head coach JJ Redick believes LeBron’s reintegration has disrupted the team’s flow and contributed to their lack of organization.

After avoiding back-to-back losses for the first two months of the season, the Lakers are now on a three-game skid. While defensive issues have lingered all season, the team’s recent offensive struggles have stood out even more.

Redick reportedly feels that the adjustment period following LeBron’s return has played a role in those problems. That said, LeBron has remained a central figure for the Lakers. He’s led the team in scoring in two of their last three games and continues to influence the game on both ends of the floor.

With Austin Reaves expected to miss a few weeks, even more responsibility is likely to fall on his shoulders moving forward.
