Gilbert Arenas offered a brutal verdict on JJ Redick's Lakers future on Saturday. The former Warriors guard claimed the head coach could be on the verge of being fired, suggesting the pressure had only intensified following Redick's remarks on LeBron James.

The former Warriors guard expressed his views in response to a post from Legion Hoops, which stated that Redick believed LeBron James’ return to the team led to their lack of organization.

In the video, Arenas appeared shocked by Redick's alleged comments on Bron, and offered a two-word response.

LeBron James returned to the Lakers lineup in mid-November after missing the start of the season with sciatica, the first time in his 23-year career he’s had to do so.

Even after sitting out more than 15 games, he’s found his rhythm quickly, averaging 20.2 points and 6.8 assists across 13 appearances. Still, his return hasn’t come without questions.

According to Legion Hoops, head coach JJ Redick believes LeBron’s reintegration has disrupted the team’s flow and contributed to their lack of organization.

JJ Redick slammed his team following their 119-96 loss to the Houston Rockets on Christmas Day. Their third defeat in a row, Redick didn't hold back while assessing his team's performance.

"We don’t care enough to do the things that are necessary. We don’t care enough to be professional," Redick said(Timestamp: 1:12). "I always talk about culture and what it means to be a good team, a functioning organism. That can change just like that, and right now, we don’t have it.

The loss also highlighted LeBron James’ struggles on the night, as he finished with a team-worst -33 plus-minus.
