Giulia lost the Women's United States Championship to Chelsea Green on the November 7 edition of WWE SmackDown in just over 90 seconds. Green rolled up Giulia for the win and used the ring ropes for leverage while the referee was busy counting the pinfall. The Beautiful Madness was irate after the match and vented her frustration online.

After coming up from NXT, Giulia quickly claimed the Women's US Title from Zelina Vega. She went on to have the longest reign in the title's brief history, making it to 133 days, beating Green's record of 132 days as the inaugural champion. However, despite interference from her manager, Kiana James, she was unable to retain the title against Green.

On X/Twitter, she had a scathing message for the new champion, while also teasing a dominant run in the future:

"I’m angry at myself, Chelsea…….at EVERYTHING. That’s real funny dumb**s. Just watch. I’m going tear it all apart. [sic]"

Chelsea Green celebrated her title win over Giulia with a fellow male WWE star

The Secret Hervice leader became a two-time Women's United States Champion with her shocking win over Giulia. She also holds the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship with Ethan Page, making both of them double champions under the WWE banner.

All Ego was at ringside for his tag team partner's title match, and celebrated her win by lifting her up on his shoulder. Green later posted a backstage photo of her with both titles, standing beside Alba Fyre and Page, who is also the NXT North American Champion.

"DOUBLE CHAMPS," she wrote.

It remains to be seen how Chelsea Green is booked now that she is the Women's United States Champion again. On the other hand, Giulia could now enter the Women's Championship picture against Jade Cargill after the message she posted online.
