WWE Spoils Outcome Of Upcoming World Heavyweight Championship Match on RAW

WWE has already announced that CM Punk will be defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker on the January 5th episode of WWE RAW.

The match has been building for several weeks, but the company appears to have just spoiled the outcome of the match with their live event match announcements. The company heads to Glasgow as part of their European Tour ahead of The Royal Rumble and has announced that CM Punk will take on Bronson Reed for the World Championship as part of the show.

Bron Breakker will be in Reed's corner for the match, but it seems that he won't be wrestling or defending the title, which points to a successful defence for CM Punk.

WWE often makes these kinds of announcements, and there's usually a rematch from a big title match like the one on RAW to confuse fans and not give away spoilers. The fact that Reed is now heading into the title picture could mean that there are some major plans for him heading into WrestleMania.

Will CM Punk retain his World Championship on WWE RAW?

It seems that there is a lot of sway towards Bron Breakker heading into their match in two weeks time, which could be why CM Punk retains. The Vision has a lot of power on RAW and has now recruited Austin Theory and Logan Paul to their ranks.

The fact that Breakker has so much backup could lead to a disqualification finish and a Royal Rumble rematch instead. It will be interesting to see how the company is able to get around this or if they are finally prepared to hand Breakker his first World Championship.

It could be time for Breakker to step up and prove that he is the future of the business after claiming it for so long.
