Winter Paralympics schedule 2026: Day-by-day TV coverage to watch Milan Cortina Games on NBC channels, stream online

Fifty years after the first Winter Paralympics, the Games will be bigger and better than ever in Milan Cortina.

About 600 athletes from around the world will gather in Italy, where 79 gold medals will be on the line across nine days of competition. 

China was the dominant nation at the 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing, its 61 total medals — 18 of them gold — more than doubling the tally from the next-closest country, Ukraine. Team USA was fifth in the medal table with six gold and 20 overall and will look to improve on that haul this time.

USA Paralympic legends like Oksana Masters and Brenna Huckaby will be looking for more hardware in Milan Cortina, along with dozens of veterans and newcomers alike.
