Will Jackson Powers-Johnson, Kolton Miller return in 2025? Latest injury updates on Raiders OL

1 hour ago 1

When the Las Vegas Raiders take on the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night in Week 11, the team will be missing two of its starting offensive linemen.

Left tackle Kolton Miller and guard Jackson Powers-Johnson are on injured reserve due to ankle injuries. Miller hasn't played since Week 4 and Powers-Johnson hasn't played since Week 10.

Both players are expected to miss a significant amount of time, but will they play at all again this season?

Here's what we know.

Will Jackson Powers-Johnson return in 2025?

With his placement on injured reserve, Powers-Johnson has to miss at least four games, so the earliest he can return is Week 15.

However, according to ESPN's Ryan McFadden, the fear is that Powers-Johnson's injury could force him to miss the rest of the season.

The specifics of Powers-Johnson's ankle injury aren't clear.

Will Kolton Miller return in 2025?

Miller, who is dealing with a high-ankle sprain and hairline fracture, was placed on injured reserve ahead of the Week 5 game, so he has been eligible to return since Week 10.

Miller's return timeline is somewhere around six to eight weeks. Once we turn the page to Week 12, Miller will be entering his eighth week on the shelf, so he could return at any time.

While it was initially feared that Miller might miss the rest of the season, Raiders head coach Pete Carroll revealed he expects Miller back at some point.

“Yeah, I do,” Carroll said when asked if he thinks Miller will be back. “He’s getting around okay, and everything’s pointing towards that.”
