Jeff Tweedy is pulling triple duty this year.
This March and April, the 58-year-old rocker will embark on a solo tour in support of his recently-released 2025 album “Twilight Override.”
Then, from June 26-28, he’s slated to headline the Solid Sounds Festival.
Sensing he still needed to fill in a few more dates, the tireless singer-songwriter announced he’s striking out on a nationwide Wilco tour from April through July that he and his bandmates have dubbed ‘An Evening with Wilco.’
While out and about with John Stirratt, Glenn Kotche, Mikael Jorgensen, Nels Cline and Pat Sansone, Wilco are slated to make three New York stops on their nationwide run. They’re scheduled to go down at:
Chautauqua Institution Amphitheater
Chautauqua, NY
Sunday, June 14
Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards
Lafayette, NY
Tuesday, June 16
Forest Hills Stadium
Forest Hills, NY
Saturday, June 20
At past ‘An Evening with Wilco’ shows, Tweedy and co. played two sets along with an encore. According to Set List FM, they perform “Yankee Hotel Foxtrot” standbys “Jesus, Etc.” and “Heavy Metal Drummer” as well as fan favorites “California Stars,” “Either Way” and “Impossible Germany.”
“Tweedy’s voice has somehow evaded any sign of aging, ringing strong and clear for the entire set,” Northern Transmissions wrote in a review of an August ’25 show in Vancouver.
“Jeff Tweedy’s energy is humble, singular, and radiates with a magnetic warmth…watching Tweedy perform makes me feel like songwriting is an untouchable gift, and somehow at the same time, a universally rewarding vocation that maybe we all have a shot at.”

Jeff Tweedy new music
On Sept. 26, 2025, Tweedy released his fifth studio album “Twilight Override.”
The three-disc, 30-track effort clocks in at nearly two hours but remains urgent throughout with its gentle yet muscly rock.
In the event you haven’t listened in, we recommend trying the gorgeously-arranged “One Tiny Flower,” melancholy spoken-word “Parking Lot,” ’60s evoking “Love Is For Love,” numbing bop “Mirror” and twinkly, plucky “Secret Door.”
And that’s just from the first disc.
Haven’t tuned in yet? Do yourself a favor and listen to “The Twilight Override” in full here (which also includes the transcendent jam “Lou Reed Was My Babysitter,” so sweet it might make you cry “Stray Cats in Spain” and bluesy Beatles-esque anthem “Enough”).
Huge acts on tour in 2026
Although no act sounds quite like Wilco, here are just five with somewhat similar sensibilities we can’t wait to see live this year.
• Pavement
• Waxahatchee with MJ Lenderman
• Spoon
